The New Dragon for DBHT

In the next Chapters of Dragonball: Honor Trip; Cell learns to create new Dragonballs and a dragon by gaining the knowledge from the nameks in the spirit world in Future Trunks time-line...His name is Temnizziv and he is stronger than Shenron and Porunga. His design was to make him look like a futuristic/ alien-like dragon. He can grant most wishes that Shenron and Porunga can not. The most unique abilities he has is that he can grant 3 wishes and send some one through time-travel....However, sending someone or some people through to will cause him to use all of his power which will cause him to be unable to grant the last 2 remaining wishes, If time-travel is the very 1st wish. That means that the power that he has to grant 3 wishes will result into 1 wish if whoever wishes to time-travel. If 2 wishes are already made and someone wants to use the 3rd for time-travel, it can not be done because of the amount of power he must use to do so.

Let me know if ya'll bang wit this one...I would like to get alot of feedback (comments) from all Deviant art friends or viewer. This is my first time creating a dragon.
