What if Harley Quinn Killed the Creeper? I remember the creeper from a old batman series. He's like jokers counter part or somethin. A artist named Quinton hoover drew harley quinn. I just colored it and changed it up a lil bit. I know she wears white face paint all. I just wanted to color her face different. I drew the creeper and just added the joker background.
